Design Services
In-home consultation, at your convenience, with company owner and designer Richard Lyon will include:
- One to FOUR preliminary design layouts created from the collaboration of your ideas and our skills.
- Based on preliminary designs, LYON CUSTOM BUILDERS will provide a targeted budget range for your project, which can fluctuate from 10-12% based on finish selections.
Design plans will consist of:
- Floor plans
- Foundation plan
- Framing plan
- Cross sections
- Exterior elevations
- Electrical layout
Design costs range from $1500 - $3500 based on scope of design; 100% of the design cost will be credited back to homeowner upon hiring LYON CUSTOM BUILDERS to perform the construction work. (Retainer of up to $1000 paid upon agreement.)
